Refund policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, Lash District does not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

If an item is received with a manufacturing default we will allow an exchange or a refund.

For refunds and exchanges, you must return the original item back to us within 7 working days with the original packaging and in new condition.

The contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold.

All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by tracked delivery.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind - only faulty products.

If products received were damaged due to postal services, this will be taken up with the courier company before refunds or exchanges are made.

Please include your receipt/proof of payment with your returned item(s).

Once an order has been dispatched; return postage will only be refunded if the products are deemed to be faulty.

Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible and within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back
